Housing and Residence Life is preparing to send out first-year student room assignments. Room assignments means MOVE-IN is just around the corner!
This year, First Year Student Move-in will take place Monday, August 14 from 8 am – 1 pm. Based on feedback and suggestions this year our plan needs over 350 volunteers.
We need you if you can smile, have fun, and celebrate what it means to be part of the BraveNation!
Move-in Teams (comprised of students, staff, faculty, community members, and alumni) will be organized in groups of 5-10 to help students and families unload and deliver belongings to the residence hall rooms. The goal for Move-in Teams will be to unload each vehicle in 10 minutes and then re-locate students to their rooms in one trip.
Sunday, August 13
5 pm - volunteer dinner - optional

6 pm - volunteer orientation
You'll learn your hall assignment, meet your Location Team captain and volunteer coordinator, review the 2017 move-in process, and pick up your Move-in Team shirt and name badge.
Monday, August 14
7:30 am – volunteers arrive at their assigned halls dressed (shirt and nametag) and ready
